The Whole Health Clinic of the Future

Here is how I see the clinic experience of the future:

You would go to the clinic and be assigned a Health Advocate. The Health Advocate would be your interface with the myriad of health choices and approaches. He/she would work with you to understand the nature of your problems and the possible causes. From there, you would be directed to health practitioners to treat your presenting problems - your chief complaints. You would be also directed to methods to treat the underlying problems so the problem does not reoccur.

Let me first explain the listing on the right. I call it the hierarchy of treatments:
