Toenail Fungus
This is a fungus that grows on the toenails often making them yellowed and/or
distorted.
This usually is a symptom of a more systemic problem associated with an
imbalance of flora in the intestines.
To treat the local problem you need to soak your toes in vinegar for 20 to 30
minutes a day for up to a year while the toenails grow out.
What you need:
- Vinegar - white (clear), large bottle - get the cheap one
- Pan - covered shallow plastic container - wide and deep enough for your
foot or feet to soak in comfortably.
- Towel - to wipe off after the soaking
You want to set this up comfortably so you will be likely to do it every
night. For example, have it near your favorite chair where you read or
watch the TV.
Fill the pan to a level where your nails will be covered. You want to
be sure to cover the full root of the nail (where it forms).
What you do:
- Soak your feet - 30 or more minutes a day
- Remove feet, shake off excess and towel off
- Cover pan and set aside for next time
Every few weeks, or when the vinegar gets yucky, you will want to clean out
your pan and refill with new vinegar.
Within a month or two you should see new, clean nail growing. Continue
until all trace of fungus is gone.
To speed up the process, take MSM. Your nails will grow much
faster. Go here for directions.

The best product I've seen so far, though it doesn't work as fast as advertised,
is Leucatin.
