Digestion

Your digestive system is your core and is often at the core of most chronic degenerative diseases.  A common condition is low stomach acid.  Most people that think they have too much acid actually have to little.

For patients with this problem I often recommend liquid minerals because they are not absorbing properly.  Also I have them take Hydrochloric Acid (HCl).  You need to self-dose as per the directions here.

HCl - each meal, self-dose depending on the size of the meal and the level of HCl you are up to

If you are having trouble convincing yourself that you have low stomach acid, you can take the Gastric String Test:

If your stomach lining has trouble with the HCl, yet the string test shows you need it, you need to first take supplements for your stomach lining.  Gastrazyme is one of the first I try and often helps within a bottle or two.  Take 5 per meal.
